Customized Mental Health Care
Behavioral Medicine Associates provides comprehensive mental health services for adults and emerging adults ages 17–65. Treatment is individualized and may include psychotherapy, medication management, neurofeedback therapy, or psychological evaluation depending on each patient’s needs.
Services are available in person in Illinois and via secure telehealth when appropriate.
Comprehensive Psychological Services
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy provides a structured and supportive environment to better understand emotional patterns, develop coping strategies, and improve overall functioning.
Dr. Green uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches including:

As a prescribing psychologist, Dr. Green provides psychiatric medication evaluation and medication management for Illinois residents ages 17–65.

- Coordination with psychotherapy and other treatments
Medication is considered as one component of a comprehensive treatment plan and is integrated with psychotherapy whenever possible.
Neurofeedback Therapy
Neurofeedback (EEG biofeedback) is a non-invasive treatment that helps the brain regulate its activity more effectively.
During neurofeedback sessions, sensors measure brain activity while the patient receives real-time feedback that helps the brain learn healthier activity patterns.
Neurofeedback may be helpful for individuals experiencing:

Telehealth provides convenient access to care while maintaining the same level of clinical attention and confidentiality as in-person visits.
