• Referral & Scope Review – A brief intake or consultation to understand your goals and clarify any specific referral questions.

• Clinical Interview – A structured interview covering mental health symptoms, history, functioning, and relevant life factors.

• Testing (if needed) – Standardized psychological or cognitive assessments may be included depending on the evaluation type.

• Record Review – If applicable, Dr. Green will review relevant medical, psychiatric, or legal documents to inform her opinion.

No. Behavioral Medicine Associates is a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide superbills (detailed receipts) that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
