What stress and burnout can look like
Combined treatment pairs therapy with medication management under one roof, so nothing falls through the cracks. Tap a symptom below to see how that combination can help.
Not seeing your exact experience here? Stress and burnout show up in their own way for everyone, and this is just a starting point. Care here is guided by Dr. Olga Green, a prescribing psychologist who manages both the therapy and the medication side of your treatment, so you're not juggling two separate providers.

How combined treatment helps you recover from stress and burnout
Two forms of care, working together, addressing what neither fully reaches alone.
More complete recovery
Addresses both the mental load and the physical toll of chronic stress, so you're not just coping, you're actually recharging.
More capacity for daily life
Many people notice better sleep, sharper focus, and steadier energy when therapy and medication work together.
Personalized, coordinated care
Your treatment isn't one-size-fits-all. We adjust the plan based on how you're actually doing, not a checklist.
Better long-term outcomes
Therapy helps you build boundaries and habits that last, while medication can help calm the system enough to make real progress possible.
